Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. Please understand that while we don't charge to ship an item, there is still a cost for us to ship to you. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item. If you are unsure, send us an email or go to the manufacturers website.
