There is a nice unmarked combat medic badge along with a nice ribbon rack with a ph and bsm ribbon. There is a us army forces middle east patch and 4th corp patch. Additionally there are 3 photos showing them in the monaco cafe in alexandria egypt. This is a very hard uniform to find along with the fact that he served in the middle east.
