    Beautiful, like new Bruck's Nurse Cape. WW II era. The buttons have the state seal of New York on them. The initials on one side of the collar is C.S. The initials on the other side of the collar for the hospital is W.M.H. The initials of the original owner on the inside of the cape is K.J.W.
