USMC Marine Corps Ship Det Corporal Blouse

Description

Selling a nice example of a ship's detachment marine blouse.  It has a 1944 contract stamp and is named in the lining of the cuff of a sleeve as opposed to in the lining of the shoulder.  The blouse has wool on wool corporal chevrons on both sleeves and the ship's detachment uniform is the machine woven variety.  All insignia is machine sewn to the blouse.
This auction is for the blouse only, the belt and ribbons are on the uniform to show how it could be displayed.  The blouse has a very nice set of matching 1937 pattern enlisted collar EGAs that to my knowledge are original to the uniform.
The blouse is being sold as a collectable item and is not sold to be worn.  There is a small spot of mothing on the lower right pocket but the blouse will display nicely for its next owner.
