This is a 25 Cents silver coin minted for use at Curacao in 1943 - Philadelphia mint.
This is a rare variety
which appears to have an over-punched date with a faint vertical line appearing in the lower loop of the three in the date.
It is referred to by Krause as 1943/1P.
The coin is in an excellent condition as shown.
