Identified Bombardier 5th Air Force Antique Military Officers Uniform.
Condition is "Used" with a couple small nip holes. Wonderful Australian made patch. Insignia present (one back clasp missing).
Interior pocket named to Adolph Tornquist Jr.
An Oakland , California native.
He graduated from Victorville Army Flying school as a bombardier and became a second LT at the time in 1942.
Uniform has an early Australian 5th Air Force which may hint to early 5th Air Force service in the Pacific.
Would be worthy of further research.
