The painter and graphic artist received his training at the Prague School of Applied Arts. His first bookplate was created in 1912, followed by over 300 more sheets using various techniques, including numerous etchings. Despite its versatility, the romanticizing style of the 19th Century through his work, especially with his numerous depictions of children. - Small remnants of assembly on the back.
