Ex libris of Joseph Thomas C. by Alexandre De Riquer. Bookplate. Art Nouveau.
Published in 1903 and original to the period.  Not a recent reproduction! Bookplate measures  3 and 1/4  inches by  5 inches. It is mounted on a page of rag paper which measures approximately 10 and 3/4 inches by 8 and 3/4 inches. The glue or adhesive has been applied only at the upper  corners. See photos for condition
