This collectible Barbie store merchandiser was produced by Enesco in 1994 to display the
miniature Classic Collection figurines.  This Classic Collection included the Nurse, the Busy Gal, and the Stewardess figures.  A store could receive a display when it purchased 24 of the Classic Collection figures.   The board has adhesive patches to allow it to be attached to the stand.  The Barbie display in this listing was part of our
old store
stock
(see our "

and
is still new in the box.  We already had one of these merchandisers on display at our store, so this one was never used.  It has been in storage since 1994.
All of these particular cardboard header cards arrived from the manufacturer with some minor little flaws.  Usually from the way they were shipped.  Even though the flaws are very minor, we have tried to photograph them.  The 4th picture is meant to a very slight roll at the edge on the end of her ponytail where it fit into the cardboard mailer.  It was hard to photograph.  The 5th picture shows a slight bend in the upper right edge.  Both places are hard to photograph.
